DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I rented a car in August, first of all the experience was good and people friendly and seemed professional. Picked up the car simply and dropped it off fine. However I noticed a month later I’d been charged £1,500 to my credit card. No explanation, no email. After calling I got passed to a generic email address. After a lot of back and forth with weeks awaiting responses, I was sent an attachment showing a dent next to the fuel tank. Fortunately when picking up the car I noticed the same dent and took a photo of it, after providing this photo with time stamp 3 weeks ago, I’m still awaiting even a response from enterprise let alone my money back. When picking up the car, the girl dismissed the dent as too small to worry about, the same girl was the one to inspect the car. Clearly they’ve missed this on another booking or damage caused by them and they’re trying to pass it onto someone else. Do not trust them, and their customer service is awful.

I rented a van for 5 days for 166 euro 500 km free Then 118 for 2 more days 200 km free Plus 250 deposit Total 284 Plus deposit When I got back I had done 1000 km So a extra 63 euros as they charge 0.21 per km They took 416 euroʻ and118 euro from me So I should receive don't forget the 250 is included back 250 deposit Minus 63 euro for 300km 187 euros They have said I will get 109 euros and I'm still waiting to get paid back They said can take upto the end of the month They are very bad people to hold on to other people's money And to rip you of for 80 euros a big company like enterprise Really I should be getting my full deposit back less the 63 euro for mileage All you 30.000 people who follow me on Google take note These people penny pinch for a few euros

Excellent service. Booked and paid online. Arrived at agreed time and they were waiting for me. Young lad spoke English, showed me round the car pointing out a few nicks in the paintwork which were duly logged, took me through the rules of rental and then helped me load my bike into the car. Returning was just as easy, a different lad but equally helpful. No issues or concerns, more than happy to recommend

We were given a car in Paris and drove to Bezier area. Breaking made a noise and only got worse over time. Also loud rattling noise developed under the car. I rang the Bezier office to ask them to replace the car as i did not feel safe driving back to Paris with my whole family in the car. They told me they would check and asked me to call back in 20 minutes. When i called back a different person answered and so had to explain again. He told me they had no cars and he would check locations and call me back. They did not call me. Lets hope the breaks dont fail me driving for 8 hours back to Paris. Obviously they dont care about safety.

We rented a car for a long weekend. The location has changed, so it's a little farther from the train station, but still walkable. The service was impeccable, the staff were very attentive to details. I've been renting cars here for many years and keep going back for their outstanding customer service.
